As a stickler for excellent service delivery, I have come to find that the system used for the delivery of customers’ orders is one of the weakest links in my pursuit of my customer’s satisfaction. Same or next day delivery promises made by logistics partners are no longer my experience as I currently have close to 40, if not more, orders pending with one of the delivery services on this platform. As I write, I have over 15 more orders that I need to deliver. Customers are dissatisfied and keep calling, while some end up rejecting the delivery when it is eventually made, as they may have even forgotten about it; not to mention the poor rating they end up giving you on some of the platforms.
