first, what is the official color of the Nigerian Police Force again? many of them are a bunch of nuisance like the case of the photographer and his wife that were beaten up by a drunk police man. However, We also have good members in the NPF too as we captured here in www.businessinlagos..com.

It's now the order of the day in Portharcourt. The annoying part of it is that it's mostly done while escorting expatriates, thinking they are doing the expatriates favour or worse still, doing what they are paid for . This is the same set of people that will go back to their country and describe Nigeria as a lawless nation.
