MYTHS ABOUT FATE: THE DREADFUL DUEL (FATE AND I)

READERS DISCRETION ADVISED (If you're emotionally vulnerable, don't read)

**A MUST READ FOR EVERY CREATURE**

Everything as seems mysterious to me from childhood. My imaginations are often beyond my comprehension, I found my self asking mental provoking questions that I end up going to bed just to get rid of it. Some of these questions are; no pillar hold the sky, yet it never fall. Why is everyone not happy and rich equally? Is there any thing special in living? Why will the wicked live as princes and the meek as slaves?

These questions forced me to tears often. Each time I try answering them, I observe I end up in an emotional unconsciousness, tears or lamentations. Life drama now remains a puzzle I can't solve. I seek wisdom to unravel the fact about life, but all I could learn was just three simple words in a rhyme; IT GOES ON.

In my adventure, I stumbled upon on a mystical thing which can be called a fact, happening or situation. The mind-blowing thing I learned about was FATE. At age twelve, I learnt about fate from an elder and never know what it meant until age fifteen. I ended up understanding fate as
" the universal principle or ultimate agency by which the order of things is presumably prescribed; the decreed cause of events; time".

Hmm... Is this definition not touching enough? In my own words, I understand it as a "God written or natural agenda of things which is to happen in a man's life". I kept asking my instincts who wrote this agenda of happenings, but it remain a mystery that no one, not even someone with the highest Intelligent Quotient (I.Q) in the world could unravel.

Before I knew it, time began to tell. This fate began it work in my endeavors in life. But I was rest assured because God told me Genesis 1:31 that "God saw everything he had made: it was supremely good." (CEB). So I believe he as written this agenda of happening to please me. In this agenda, I strongly believe He has written peace, joy, long life, health, influence, breakthrough, fame in it to mention a few.

But as this fate really been favorable? Let me quickly share with you what have learnt about this fate;

1) Anatomy at birth may influence many things, but it is not fate.

2) No one can re-write it but our demeanors can change it.

3) You can't stop it, it will inevitably manifest.

Hold these points first, you will read mysterious things here.

I grew up to be truth- seeking and thirsty, I made endeavors to achieve massive dreams. But it took me no time to understand that fate won't favor it. In early 17s, my researched proved taught me about some goddesses of destiny that am still going to share with you today. I started a dreaful duel with fate. I made vigorous attempts to make some things done but I see my self submitting to fate.

Mid August, 2014. I was inspired with this saying; "No fate of failure, don't ignorantly succumb to any". I know my destiny is great, my future is fascinating, am damn sure I will make history. Now listen, stop this misconception that your fate is negative, start a duel with fate today with your prayers, gut, perseverance, determination, focus and endurance and you will surely laugh last.
That is why I remain on this quote of mine "To me, impossibility died eighteen years ago. Actually, a minute before my birth, so I live a life of possibility.

•Fatalism is the thesis that whatever happens must happen. This is not to be confused with the completely innocuous idea that whatever happens, happens. Nor is fatalism to be conflated with the proposition that, necessarily, whatever happens happens, where this assertion simply expresses the tautologous nature of the prior innocuous idea. Fatalism is a substantive thesis that claims that the occurrence of every event or state of affairs is necessary. Elucidation of this thesis requires the articulation of the fatalist's necessity; we must know what the "must" amounts to when the fatalist tells us that whatever happens must occur.

•the term is recorded from the early 19th century, although earlier in the mid 17th century Dorothy Osborne in a letter refers to ‘the Roman courage, when they killed themselves to avoid misfortunes that were infinitely worse than death’. seal someone's fate make it inevitable that something unpleasant will happen to someone.
