Uhm. . . Ok I go give you an example. Lets say there will be drama show on stage this December, and my role is to be an evil villain with full of hatred for every single people. So in order to be that villain, I must adapt that character into my life. I wake up in the morning and I starting wearing dark clothes and I put heavy black dark makeup. When people go greet me, I just give them the evil look or just say Hmm!

You know? You need to be the character in order to act the character well.

My bf wants me to stop because its affecting me alot. You can see yourself. Im not myself on Nairaland like I use to be.

but when u were acting the name is the one u bear on a real life means u are another person
entirely, so u make sure it doesnt affect ur life after leaving the stage,

she s okay after she moved with me for couples of months
i make sure i talk to her senses before she left for locations and when she comes back
most times i followed her to location when am off
and this really help her ovecome those things
now she s marry and now into her husband bussiness
but she missed the movie industry really
