Regarding the subject of discuss, having read through articles on potato chips production I have decided to kick start the business by next year and was able to procure a potato spiral chips cutting machine which is not readily available in Nigeria. Of course you can use it for plantain but I won't recommend you go for it solely for plantain as there are cheaper machines for plantain. |
