Hello guys, I wrote a 4 scholarships exam in 2015(Shell, Agbami, Total, Mobil) and the condition was that I was not a beneficiary of another scholarship of which as the time of writing them, I was not. I received a letter from SHELL in May through my school DSA informing that I have been awarded the scholarship now am almost through with the processing and am about to send them the endorsement letter and other documents.

About two weeks ago, Total released the list of awardees for 2014/2015 and my name was on it, Yesterday night I got two mails from total, here are they

Dear Candidate,

We refer to our recent publication on the May 25, 2016 edition of The
Guardian newspaper.
Our attention has been drawn to the fact that you are a current scholar
with SHELL.

After seeing this, I replied them immediately,
here is my reply
When I applied for the scholarship, I was not a beneficiary of any scholarship, so i applied for more than one scholarship and it happened that Shell result came out before total but I am yet to accept the offer from shell.
Considering the pay, I would go for Total, so please you can proceed with my scholarship.

I am not a Scholar of Agbami as I have not received any letter from Agbami to inform me that I am a winner of their scholarship

Truly I wrote Agbami exam but I am yet to receive any email or letter from them informing me that I am a winner.

From these mails its a clear indication that I can't be on more than one scholarship from the oil and gas company. Please is there anyway to maneuver the processes to accept them all of them and if there is none, I would go with Total cos they have the highest pay. How can I convince Total that I won't accept the offer from shell or agbami.

NB: I am to return the acceptance form to SHELL on or before July 1

@ Aayooba Sending a scanned copy of your statement of result is more formal and authentic. Anyone can type anything as his/her CGPA.

I learnt that FG has cancelled all JV partnership with oil firms. we really deserve to know what's going on.
I would suggest visiting there headquarters in lagos and hear from those in charge

I even had to resend my results again yesterday. It would be unfair if what you've stated is indeed true. OML people have been paid since like June. Last year, they paid around November. This is nearly December.

First things first, the FG hasn't cancelled the JV agreement with oil companies. It would be a national issue if they do.

I think the issue is from their cash calls. We are jointly paid by the NNPC/Total and the NNPC is owning a lot of money(nearly 2.5 trillion).

Unlike OML where you are paid by TOTAL alone.I think that's the issue.

Spot the difference. At least am sure that 2012/2013 awardee were paid September this year.

OML guys have been paid again..... What is happening ??
