JOB DETAILS

FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

REF NO: HR/FD-0003; LOCATION: Lagos.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

This candidate (preferably a lady) will manage front desk activities which include:

· Answering incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.

· Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other vital information.

· Monitors visitor access

· Act as the secretary to the Proprietress

· Ad hoc administrative duties and other reception duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Front Desk Executive: Candidate must be articulate, smart, have a good sense of humor and possess a minimum of an OND in relevant fields.
