JUST TO BEHOLD YOUR FACE

So wet,the curtain's damp an' drenched,
Not with fountain, that could be fetched,
Nor water, that thirst may be quenched,
But with tears and beads of sweat,
Dotting and trickling as if a freight,
My eyes in awe,did glare at the earth,
From the window, hitting the street first.
My heart pricks,
My finger clicks,
My eyes blinks,
My head rings,
My jaw drips,
My limbs leaps.
The Christmas is lonesome in this old castle,
O! Jimmy, come that I may need no statue,
For a glimpse of your face is like a won battle,
"Need you get me a coral from the sea depth?"
"No,for your face to behold will elate at length"
And bring not gold, for I've got no hearth to melt,
Always strapped around me like a loved belt,
...Is the Gift, Bella so desire!

MY SHADOW; ANOTHER ME
I WISH thou didst have a pair of ears,
So when the world does go wearily deaf,
Thou wilt trail by me like a lad who cares,
Walk and listen swiftly akin to an elf.

Flip up hope when I'm fallen an' bruised,
Thy dark self shalt slant along my path,
An' in unison,leaving footprints in hues;
O! I wish,you'd gallop along like a cart.

We're e'en more glued than siamese twins,
Nowt which I do,that you oughtn't do,
No'ith force,but fate that oughtn't be twist'd,
On earth we met,in death will I let go?.
Reliable and truthful, even than most lovers,
That like a prey-bird doth searchingly hovers.

WHO'LL BE OUT
She visited us in the north central after the season' drizzle,
Though we'd invited her in talks, drawls and riddles,
Our seasonal ally came an' by her cold-hands we were fondled,
And she whispers with a cold-dry wind,and with a whirl-wind rumbled,
That even in slumber we curl or fold,
Hiding shiverishly from her bold
But folksy touch and chilly hold.
Her grip on us did cloy but to her still untold.
***********************

In a swift move, O! She ducked and paved way for a dumb season.
Our new ally was without utterance but e'en a chump in prison,
Adheres strictly to her silent creed just as the blind on her face sees reasons.
Alas!,she's for a predecessor a sharp foil and thus in-lieu coughed pressure.
Cool silent breeze she seldom blew,
We almost went nude n yearn for dew,
Cos' we heat an' perspired, even a baby born new,
"Come O cold but with loose clasp",we mewed.
********************

O! February, young but a day older than a January, yet the latter season prevailed,
Compelled to the deck,O sloppy deck but her cool fine breeze we gaily gained,
Five we were,chit-chatting in the dark serene night, yes, even gaily.
Togs on bare bodies stood on flip-flops, we sat glued on wood like bench nailed,
Whistling and whispering to her face,
And by our door we bluffed in grace,
Her bossom now,we wish to embrace,
Defying the night, holding her as a brace.
********************

Same night, though the night almost dead but our talk to it breathed life,
Hooted no siren,a truck halted by our red earth human hive.
Thus the alighting of trio truncheon men blew in three of the five.
"This is our home" as in a duet we chirped "and ain't out to spring up a vile,
"Hey! Get into the truck..IN!" They shouted.
"But officer the room heat and did toast us out",
"Yea choky foul breeze you'll breath in your cell bout"
"O! if the chilly season did prevail, who'll be out!"
*****************
The free men are bond and the shackled are free,
None is trully imprisoned or free like a tree,
We're all engulfed in our fears and weary,
Who'll be out if life had learn to be merry
In equal halves we're neither free nor bond,
In half-full we're both behind bars and off-cords,
Who'll be out if we're all in this locked fold,
We're all men and inmates, let the story be told!

MY NAME;MY LOVE FOR YOU.

E ngulfed in an ocean of admiration at miles,
V entilates my thought with your smiles,
E nthralled by your feminine savour like limes,
R ustling to make ends meet on time,
E nsuring you live and breath with your nose and also mine.
S inging the sweet songs of the lovely nightingale,
T easing with words as we head from the vale,
D eeping my finger in your dimples as we fare,
E victing the thoughts of losing you to noon-mares.
B eautifully seeing my daughters face on you as I stare,
L oving you in tears and fears like today is the last,
I mplant yourself I beg,on my daughter,so my tears be dried fast.
U ntil I breath my last, for you my love will stand tall like a mast.

THE SWEET FANG

In the inferno of his wealth, men even in sleep, wept.
the mountain like a scarf did wear the city but men still crept.
Drudging like lazy ducks, dodging like buzzing bugs,
From afar,in a snare, oblivious of serpents that lurks,
They hastened to their king, who polishes their apparent doom.
With his majestic robe of wisdom, believed to have come from the moon.
***************

He cut their dried throats to quenched their mild thirst.
He stretches for alms and amputated the arm that came first.
On his throne he sits to counsel but cancels peace, lingering.
Halting the semblance of famine, the last granary he burnt, smiling.
To encourage his craft men,he bought his robe so cheap.
Lenders had nothing to lend,so he lend to the lenders in heaps.
His love for his people, instigates the flaws and contempt,
And for his yearning for continuity,he slit the maidens in an attempt.
******************

As birds of a feather hovers together,so they're clustered as sparrows,
And in unison did sing the king's praise like merry swallows.
Men danced like women seeing a day doted with mirth,
And the women perched like men, sharing their fathers myth.
As the children with limbs walked, those weaned anew got strapped,
And the young clapped and cheered, while the maidens still entrapped.
Their king they thought of as a man vomited by the smoky cloud,
They dished out rare respect, and all his deeds they applaud.
****************

Lo!,in all his bravery, his crown he can't save from rust',
His fine robe in all its magnificence, can't repel dust.
Now!,this throne he sits ,he'd descend and sit on thorns,
And the pearly royal foot-mat beneath his feet, will be torn.
Behold!, I see his knee caps worn by the sand, helpless and hapless,
Appealing to the people he's pricked in its sour-sweetness.
Alas!,tell him to go biblical; on sack clothes,in ashes and from food abstain.
Or he'll fall asleep and be woken in a hearth not of coal but of men with stains!.

TAMARA
Tamara I call you,
Your face not wanting the sculptor's fingers,
The eyes calls you beauty, but the heart ravages in pain,
Your lips to kiss, but I will give it a hiss
Your skin in all its whiteness,
Detest my sense of calmness
Walk with your head aloft,
As I look away like a ghost.
Don't tell me to love 'cos,
I'll make even d owls blind at you.
