i have asus transformer t100 book running windows 8.1. Trust me these devices are the future of computing. The idea is great but currently windows 8.1 sucks. The transistion from tablet to pc mode must be seamless and there are still very few touch screen optimized apps compare to ios and android. Microsoft really needs to work on this. The microsoft surface pro 3 is the best 'laplet out there. |

Not really, google cant do anything, just as linux couldnt for more day 2 decades....do u xpect companies and enterprise to switch to google's chromebook when they couldnt adapt to windows 8...chromebook are low spec system that lack software support.its a new style of operating system xtervaganza: |

i've got an ultrabook (xps 18) i suppose one could be called a laplet. It's got an i5 processor, multiple usb ports, SD card slot, 18 inch touch screen. Quite cool actually but i'm not a big fan of windows 8. Perhaps windows 10 would suit it better, yet to be seen. I also have a chromebook and i absolutely love it. Most of my software is cloud based so it works perfectly for me, only down side is when i don't have internet connectivity. I think as far as enterprise and education goes, chrome might become the OS of choice if Google play their cards right. I think ultimately, whoever can handle the convergence the best will take the lead but there'll be enough of a market for everyone. The future looks interesting indeed! |

36STATES:religion is a bondage used by the whites to cloak the thinking ability of the primitive and gullible minds of the black race in general. Religion was also used to keep the poor at bay, making them to have the belief that wealth comes from God. 1 Like |
