Kenneth Okonkwo is already on my list brothers, they started early late 80s&90s. They brought some powerful movies like;

Living in Bondage
When the sun set
Evil Passion
Deadly Passion
Obsession
Shame
Dead End
Just at Night
Compromise
Glamour girls and so on...

But when movies were theatred, stage played in the 60s or 70s, people like Herbert Ogunde, Professor Peller, Baba Sala, I show pepper, Adelove, started it before advancing technololgically to home videos in the 80s. You Google search bro.
Herbert Ogungbe as u said was covering western region with his theatre, the eastern region don't know his except those that live in lagos then, There are people who are involved soap operas in the eastern region (Ichoku). As for Nollywood, it was pioneered by Kenneth Okonkwo (Andy Okonkwo) that Produced Living in bondage.

Emeka Ike started his career in movie industry in the late 80s, his first major movie role was in the movie “Deadly Affair” in 1987.

http://naijagists.com/emeka-ike-biography-profile-movies-life-history-latest-news/

So I don't think having him on the list is that bad...
1987 ? And when did the first home video "Living In Bondage" hit Nigeian market? #justaskingthough

Most actors/actresses have spent 5yrs or more in entertainment industry before hitting it or getting this fame. Psquare have been singing in the 90s, but the album "Get Squares"(Bizzy Body) brought them to light in 2004/2005. Its like that, Ike started his movie career in the 80s, appearing once or twice in a particular movie and years later, he started playing lead role. Entertainment is like that.
