I was listening to an audio message CHOOSING YOUR LIFE PARTNER on my phone by Dr. DK Olukoya when he categorizes 2 types of husbands, “The Wicked Husband” and “The Godly Husband”.

1 HARD HUSBAND:
This type of husband is unbending & unyielding; he cannot be corrected; he knows everything, he’s arrogant. He warns your parents not to come to the house. He has no fear, and very difficult to live with.

2 MINI (FAKE) HUSBAND:
This type of husband perform very well in bed, and at the dining table, but when it is time to pay school fees , ‘I don’t have!’ come and provide for the family, ‘it’s not available’. Some of them are too lazy to work. They spend their money on strange women outside.

3 BACHELOR HUSBAND:
This type of husband separates his room from his wife. He’s a single, married man. He is very selfish and self-centered. He would take his phone and talk to his friends for hours, but his wife that is sitting at home, no talk.

4 ACIDIC HUSBAND:
Very hot-tempered. He is a boxer, a wrestler; very abusive. No joke, no laughing, no fun, no play, no nonsense. His house is like a military camp. He’s a lion in the house. He can slap anybody in the house.

5 SLAVE-MASTER HUSBAND:
The woman is made a cook, dry-cleaner, sex machine and baby-making factory. They see the women as housemaids rather than wives.

6 GENERAL HUSBAND:
This type of husband has chains of girlfriends, concubines. He spends lavishly on women. Anything in skirt, he runs after them. They even sleep with their housemaids and run after their wives’ younger sisters.

7 DRY HUSBAND:
No closeness to the wife, no kissing, no romance, no love, no intimacy. The wife must knock before she enters his room. The one that abuses, insults his wife in presence of strangers and visitors. “Foolish woman is that how to give water to visitors”

8 PANADOL HUSBAND:
This type is always looking for something to quench his headache. He often uses his wife as medication. “Madam, I need N5000 to buy maltex” “Madam, I want to pay the school fee of my younger brother, can you withdraw some money when you’re coming from work”. Immediately they get what they want they stop loving that woman. They are basically exploiters; always exploiting their wives to solve their problems.

9 BABY HUSBAND:

These are basically infant men (Mentally & character wise). A baby husband beats his wife and rejects food because he’s angry. A baby husband is a nagging husband. A baby husband keeps malice with his wife for weeks. He threatens to push out his wife at every smallest provocation. He compares her with former girlfriends and other women. He embarrasses his wife in public and always reporting to third party. He loves his mother more than his wife.
