He has some money good enough to raise a befitting bungalow within weeks but intends also to open an international line of business for his wife, having just returned from a trip abroad, and well armed with reliable feasibilities.

Business has capacity to triple profit in 6 months.

He's weighing options and needs advice, he presently pays rent nearing half-a-million yearly.

Husband has regular income & wife is fresh out of school.

Money is just enough for one thing.

Few solid lines of advice will do please.

Since the money is enuf for one thing, i think the person shuld build d house nd pack in...after like a year d person can now convert the money he is suppose to use in paying house rent which is close to half a million to a business later..cus if he goes for business nw he would still pay for house rent which is a liability on his side...so he shuld go for d house as at nw...den after a year he would assum dat he is paying for a rent nd use dat to establish a business, he can use like two years rent dependin on d nature of d business.

Base on what u said about business, not every business has the capacity to tripple the capital within six month..some business might take up to a year or more before u can see tangible profit.

Thanks for those lines.

The greatest worry is what you just mentioned. Unpredictability and risks unforseen. But very truly, the business is ideal & tempting.

House is fixed asset. It can come anytime. My thought
