I just got a job with LAPO Micro finance but the problem is I was given a BOND document to sign indicating that on NO condition must I leave the Bank until after 2 years. According to the agreement, if I must leave, I shall pay them N200k. Guyz please I need urgent advice

Are you working at the moment? How old are you? Do you intend marrying? Do you have a family? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? Are you still squatting with a friend or live with your parents ? Do you want to be responsible? If yes are the answers to the above questions then give it a shot. Lapo is a good place to start.

Is the 960k basic or an accumulation of your possible commission?

This means at the end of the month do you get paid 80k irrespective?. or 70k after tax?. or you get the total 80k when you have met your target?. Clarify.

If you're older than 28 yrs I wud advice u to sign it oo. D country we live in is not a gud place to reject such offers esp when u don't have age on ur side.

Accept and open an account with them to save up to 200k and never touch it.

Then somehow, develop a thick skin and scale through for 2 years no matter what. Then come and ask for advice again.

TAKE D JOB, 200K IS A SMALL BOND SHA, JUST SAVE IT WIHIN 3 MNTHS, GET D EXPERIENCE WHICH WILL BE VERY USEFUL IN D LONG RUN, CONGRATS
