Job Summary:
A trainee administrator's job is to handle specific and general training and details to new hires in a company. The training administrator is should be responsible for the development of instructional programs and seminars for new and existing employee's safe operational practices and overall job skills development as applied to the work and procedures undertaken by the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of a degree in relevant discipline
• 1-3 years of experience
• Must be proficient in the operation and/or use of company equipment and procedures themselves.
• Ability to communicate effectively and interface with employees and supervisors within an organization.
