in your dashboard, and when editing. u will see a jump break toolbar like the one in the pic below. Insert it where you think the reader will be in suspense to read more. It will then put a read more link after that text instead of having to read the whole post instantly. Of course do this only when the post is very long, like your 2 latest posts.

btw not sure u should be referencing another site in ur own blog. I think it's meant for ur own personal writeup/idea with citations where necessary.

did you just request Google adsense, I thought it's until you have a certain level of traffic on ur blog. Anyway just continue blogging, everything will be fine. I just left a comment btw

dont mind nairalanders oooo if u want to recive mail frm google probably you will have to gv dem your street postal code like my street postal code is 100264 u dont xpect dem to throw ur mail in any were in lasqidi...
dats wat amazon.com usually use to deliver my cheque so find your street postal code @ www.nigeriapostcodes.com/ and edit it @ adsense.... jah bless
