For celebrities, having the money to be able to
move out of your parent’s comforting home is
not necessarily the reason they choose not to.
Surprisingly, a number of big stars have not
yet decided to move out and here is why!

1. Bradley Cooper
Since the death of his father in 2011, Bradley
moved in to live with his mother Gloria. The 39-
year-old told Details Magazine in 2013 that his
mum is a ‘cool chick’ making it easy for them
to live together. However, it’s not like his mum
stays in a guesthouse out the back – she sleeps
in the bedroom next door!

2. Jennifer Lawrence
The 23-year-old Hunger Games star says she is
simply not ready and lacks the maturity to live
on her own. Jennifer told ELLE magazine: ‘I’m
still living in my parent’s condo. I’ve always
lived in a tiny rat-infested apartment in New
York or a normal house in Kentucky. I think it
would be bizarre to live in a big mansion by
myself.’

3. Kristen Stewart
During the difficult and upsetting time of her
break-up with Robert Pattinson and the
allegations of cheating on him, Kristen moved
in with her mum Jules in Malibu for support.
The Twilight star has been living on and off for
seven years with her mum and said she
needed the love and care of her mum to
encourage her while fighting off depression.

4. Taylor Lautner
Kristen isn’t the only Twilight star known for
living with their parents, Taylor is too. The 22-
year-old told Jimmy Kimmel how he was
looking for his own place but was still living in
his childhood town in Santa Clarita, California.
He said to Total Film magazine that the
thought of living without his family support is
‘kind of spooky’.

5. Melissa Rivers
Not being able to afford it is definitely not a
reason for the TV host, actress and producer.
But instead family importance is, and with
Melissa’s mother, Joan Rivers, being 80 years of
age, Melissa decided it was essential to spend
as much time as possible with one another and
therefore they moved in together.

6. Spencer and Heidi
The stars from the American reality TV show,
The Hills, have been described as one of the
most obnoxious couples on television.
Throughout their luxurious showbiz time, the
couple reportedly spent more than 10 million
dollars on one shopping trip alone. Burning
quickly through all their money the couple
were forced to move into Spencer’s parents’
home in 2012. Spencer told the Daily Beast:
‘We were living each other’s mistakes –
everything we were doing, in retrospect, was a
mistake.’

7. Rafael Nadal
It’s not uncommon in many European
countries to live with your parents until you are
married. So it’s no surprise that the 27-year-old
champion tennis player still lives with his
parents in Mallorca, Spain. He told the
Telegraph that his family ‘cocoon him’ from the
‘dangerously distracting hurly-burly that
comes with money and fame’.

8. Demi Lovato
The 21-year-old still lives at home with her
parents who aid the support of her needs due
to her bipolar disorder and a number of other
struggles. The Disney star admitted: ‘If I feel
like myself slipping back into old patterns, I
have to ask others for help’.

9. Dev Patel
The Slumdog Millionaire star not only still lives
at home with his parents but is also dating one
of the hottest women in the world, Frieda
Pinto. Dev’s mother still nags at him around
the house, but he says: ‘That’s what keeps me
grounded. It’s just when I go to work I’m
treated as an adult.’

10. Aly Raisman
Olympic gold medallist Aly Raisman still lives
with her parents and at just 20-years-old no-
one can blame her as her parents offer her
amazing support and encouragement to
achieve her dreams.

It doesn't mean much here. There are 30 sumthing men and ladies still living with their parents. The only reason why its out of the norm in Euope is because most kids are already financially stable and the government have policies that encourage them to become independent and take responsibility for themselves
