A brand new tricycle (kekenapep) costs 450k. Don't start if you cannot afford a new one, if not you will spend all you make on repairs. 3 Likes 1 Share |

From experience, after buying the keke you will need to get a driver for it. If the driver is new in the business you will have to pay and join a garage or park, the money depends on how busy n lucrative the park is. If the driver has been in the business you might not need to cos he will just take the new keke to his current park and start work. You will have to agree on delivery per day. The downside of this business is finding a responsible driver, they lie and cheat a lot. After a while they start telling stories and look for every opportunity not to pay the delivery money |

Well, I budgetted 250K for purchasing the tricycle because I know people who have bought clean keke for 150,000-170,000 and the keke functions very well. I'm planning on using the remaining money for registration. I plan to make the hire-purchase price 650,000. |

goodman3: 650k is too much, it will be difficult to get any driver that knows what he's doing to agree... If you pay 250k then expect something in the region of 350 |

goodman3:A very good lie Be careful with your cash anyway If keke is worth 200k, do you think any sane man would pick it up on hire-purchase to pay back 300% of its capital. No keke is below 400k dude. Don't put your money in thin air 1 Like |

colossus2: The best, impartial advice here, Goodman you couldn't go wrong heeding this. I think your expectations are way too high. It's all too easy to end up with a white elephant. Even with a brand new tricycle, you still need to budget for unforeseen contingencies. I know we all want to save money, but...... |

colossus2:actually, my plan was to get a keke for 170,000, use the remaining money to paint and maintain the keke. Maybe I might need to reduce the hire-purchase price to 550,000 because the keke I'm going to get will look very new and the engine will be very functional. I intend to be getting a weekley delivery of 12,000 from the driver until he completes my money. |

goodman3:For pete's sake, you cant get a keke for 170,000. Tricycle is between 350k-450k. Enough said bro |

goodman3: that price is too high if you're going for a hire-purchase agreement. even that 12,000 is too much for a machine that is not brand new. Develop realistic plans guy! |
