•Responsible for the effective time management of day
•Calendaring for internal and external meetings, meeting preparation, meeting materials and background, responding to requests without direct involvement of Principal
•Provide effectively and timely problem resolution to matters that fall within scope of responsibility such as assigned projects, tasks, programs,
• Establish effective relationships with associates and external business connections (maintain contact files, profile updates, etc.)
• Foster a successful and professional environment by modelling high standard of professionalism in the work performed and displayed.
•Scheduling and driving the calendar meetings and managing calendars
•Providing general administrative support: answering phones, etc.
•Making travel arrangements for executives
•Preparing and reviewing detailed monthly expense reports
