This is bad news for Chris Brown fans and the talented singer himself. It just seems like Chris Brown can’t fully escape the four walls of prison cell, no matter how hard he tries.
Chris Brown is still on probation even after leaving the prison late last year and officials are worried about more shootings and think Breezy should be locked behind bars again.
According to TMZ.
Chris went for a progress report on Thursday, when the judge told him that the probation report presented multiple problems. One of them is the shooting last Sunday in San Jose when Chris was on stage. Five people were injured.
The judge told Chris that the probation report expressed concern over another shooting at 10A.M during VMA weekend last August. And Chris was on stage and several people were shot, including Suge Knight.
The judge accused Breezy of leaving the country without getting court’s permission, which is a violation of his probation.
The Probation officer says “There is also concern that when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured.”
Chris probation officer also hinted that the singer has been arrested twice while on probation, and Chris was making comments about knives and guns during a group [rehab] meeting.
The officer says Breezy has shown “a pattern of makng choices that are counterproductive”.
The judge had adjourned the formal hearing to March 20, 2015. If Chris ‘willfully” violated probabtion, he could end up in jail.
