From discovery its kinda hard to see food where neither fat nor oil was used in the process of preparation. E.g jellof rice, stew, soup, snack e.t.c fat or oil was used in one of d food mention above. Nairalanders do u have any that doesnt have fat and oil? |

@patrick753 there is a way to prepare the foods you mentioned without fats and oil . I can show you how with a live demonstration if you are interested.its a method currently employed in cooking food for cancer , diabetes hypertensive and Gerd patients.pm me for more info |
