The Institute of Empowerment and Strategy is an international organization established to intervene in the economic development and empowerment of African people. There is a great imbalance in the distributions of wealth and income among the citizens of the nations in Africa, as only a few privileged people, less than 1% holds 90% of African wealth.

The Institute of Empowerment and Strategy has come on a rescue mission to change the tide of impoverishment to empowerment, joblessness to wealth creation, imbalance status to strategic position. The objects for which the Institute was established are as follows:

(a) To train and develop experts in skills, technologies and methodologies of imparting knowledge so as to enhance job performance, development of skills acquisition and to issue certificate of proficiency to trainees.

(b) To facilitate skills acquisition, self-reliance in line with international best practice and to train, through workshops, and seminars and demonstration projects and to issue certificate of participation to attendees.

(c) To organize, arrange, hold, promote and sponsor lectures, seminars, symposia, workshops and others for the exchange and dissemination of information on economic empowerment and wealth creation to micro small and medium enterprises in all parts of the country and issue certificate of participation.

(d) To collaborate with any individual or corporate entities that has similar objectives.

(e) To conduct research and provide information to enhance industrial technology, promote growth of National industrial clusters for developmental purposes and to publish and disseminate the outcome of such research. For more info visit
