Pls nairalanders is it compulsory to join a reading group for one to make it in medical school.A 100level student needs an advice

its not compulsory but it helps u

Well not necessarily but it helps especially for a medicine student. Am studying engineering (400 level) and I haven't been in any study group but the whole department helps each other a lot especially with the tutorials which go a long way in preparing one for exams. But if you feel like you don't need it and can do better on your own then sure go ahead but never be afraid to ask for help and build a good rapport with your course mates.
