He (Jesus) shall baptise you with Holy Ghost, and
with fire. (Mathew 3:11c). Everyone that is born
again is a carrier of divine fire. This fire consumes
every sin, sickness and all the works of Satan.
This fire attracts men to the kingdom of God.
Every carrier of divine fire sees miracles happen
effortlessly by their hand. That's why John the
Baptist encouraged his audience to wait for a
consummate package for their total empowerment
in life. Since this divine fire provokes the release of
signs and wonders, the devil has also anointed
different men with strange spirits to produce the
counterfeit of divine signs and wonders. These
men carry strange fires and spread among their
gullible followers. These men are not of God by
any consideration, rather they blaspheme against
God and children. Through their pernicious
lifestyle, they bring the Church of Christ in
mockery. These category of people pale beside
men of ashes. Men of ashes are those that have
no fire in them. They had lost the fire of God in
them but instead of keeping quiet, they are merely
blowing ashes and soothes. God has abandoned
them after several warnings about their choices of
life. Men of ashes are everywhere, transforming
sacred alters of God to political campaign podia.
They are anointing and dis-anointing politicians
on the sacred pulpit. They publicly praise
government today but tomorrow, they cajole her.
They promote haughtiness and use flattery words
when they should have simply obeyed the
scriptures and prayed for them.
These kind of men are not from God. Jehovah
does not encourage men who live by double
standard and speak from both sides of their
mouth. Mark these men who afford to throw to
the mud their pastoral ordinances and decorum in
pursuit of vainglory.
