Not only the administration, people's attitudes and cooperation have crucial roles to play. What if the government is committed to doing good and the people are committed to doing otherwise. If Government is finding a way for the citizens to develop, people must cooperate. Likewise, if government is fighting evil the society must cooperate.

having gone through the thread, it's obvious many Nigerians are clueless.

UNAID has gradually stated withdrawing their free drugs and services in Nigeria from last year, long before Dr Abakala won the case. by the middle of this year there would be scarcity of such drugs. from the write up above, none of the companies have established anything on ground for the production of these drugs. A full month cause of those drugs cost a minimum of N30,000 depending on the class of drugs the patient is on. and the patient is to be on it for life.
