The Proposed FREE UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA (FUN) is a tuition-free university that have been grossly misunderstood by many (local and international educational writers and bloggers) as to whether it is accredited or not. The fact is FUN is currently not accredited but remain a Social Learning tool to unite students in a different atmosphere to experience the best of online university. FUN will seek for NUC's accreditation and convert itself into a full fledged institution by the end of 2015. However FUN has commenced admitting student online.
