No, the bible doesn't say that. That would be the Catholic church.

Even it did say that, so what? The bible also says you should kill people who work on Saturdays and that slavery is okay but yet we're all happy to ignore those parts. Your morality doesn't come from any magic book. Just follow your conscience and do whatever you need to be happy while trying your best not to harm others.

Also, I didn't know Ephesians and Timothy were in the old testament:

Christians who are slaves should give their masters full respect so that the name of God and his teaching will not be shamed. If your master is a Christian, that is no excuse for being disrespectful. You should work all the harder because you are helping another believer by your efforts. Teach these truths, Timothy, and encourage everyone to obey them. 1 Timothy 6:1-2
