He captures them, ties them up, places them in front of his vehicle and runs over them. And after that, he throws them into the pool of water.
Depending on the organs damaged, the bodies either float or sink in the pool of water. If the lungs get damaged when he runs them over, the bodies sink, if not, the bodies float.
