This is a simple calculation:
all add up to 100.
mum is A
dad is A+5
child is A/2
adding all equal 100.
Solving the equation gives A as 38
This implies:
mum is 38 years
dad is 43 years
child is 19 years

simple
x +2x +(2x +5) = 100, solve for x and you get the girls age of which you can get the remaining unknown.

Daughter's age=x/2
Father's age=x+5
The sum equals 100
Therefore, daughter's age + mother's age + father's age=100
So (x/2) + x +(x+5) = 100
Multiply through by 2, we have
x + 2x + 2x + 10 = 200
Adding all x
5x + 10= 200
5x = 190
x = 190/5
x=38
Mother's age is 38
Daughter's age is19
Father's age is 43

Let the girls age be x
Mother's age is 2x
Father's age is 2x+5
X+2x+(2x+5)=100
5x+5=100
X=95/5=19
Therefore, the girls age is 19
Mother's age =19*2=38
Father's age =38+5=43

Mum's age be 'm'

Dad's age be 'd'

Since the girl's age is half that the mum then it follows that:

g = m/2 ====>> m = 2g...........(a)

Considering the dad is 5yrs older than the mum, we also have the following:

d = m + 5...........(b)

From (a) we can represent (b) as:

d = 2g + 5...........(c)

Since their combined ages is 100yrs, it follows that

d + m + g = 100..........(d)

Substituting (a) and (c) in (d) we have:

d + m + g = (2g + 5) + 2g + g = 100

====>> 2g + 5 + 2g + g = 100

Collecting like terms, we have:

(2g + 2g + g) + 5 = 100

====>>. 5g + 5 = 100

====>> 5g = 100 - 5

====>> 5g = 95

Divide through by 5, we have:

Substituting "g" in (a) and (c), we have:

m = 2(19) = 38

d = 2(19) + 5 = 38 + 5 = 43

Hence we have the following:

Girl is 19 yrs old.

Mum is 38 yrs old

Dad is 43 yrs old.

Father's age is (y+5)
After solving for y,
..The girl,her mother and father are 19,38 and 43yr old respectively..

Let the girls age be x
and her mother's y
also let her dad age be x+5, since he is 5yrs older than her mum.

The girl is half her mums age,
then 2x=y or x=y/2.............equ 1
their ages adds up to 100, then
x+y+y+5=100........equ 2

therefore from equ 2 we have x+2y=95...........equ 3
but in equ 1, x=y/2
sub x=y/2 in equ 3 and solving,
we have girl is 19, mother 38 and dad 43 respectively
