For some weeks now the price of palm kernel oil has been dropping ridiculously. Nairalanders, what can a producer do to salvage or take advantage of this situation.
Also what could be responsible for this drastic fall.
I am a producer based in Ogbomosho,Oyo state.

Oil palm has seasons. While it fruits almost throughout the year, between late january (sometimes february) and july (extends atimes to august) oil palm fruits are in abundance so palm oil and all other derivatives or by products are cheaper.
