FarmTech: The leasing option is available. funstufz: The land is as secure as humanly possible. I don't know what you'd refer to as "main road". If you mean expressway, its far; about an hour plus. Cocoa, oil palm, plantain,cassava & maize are abundant in the area. Some farmers also plant pepper,tomatoes & vegetables. Other charges do apply; commission, survey (your choice but advisable), documentation. |
