Just as the first person had told u earlier on, try a faster network. You may also need to try different browsers (e.g. opera, explorer, chrome, firefox etc) on different computer system if the problem persist. Lastly, dnt forget to try at different time of d day, or even hold on for few days, as d problem you are facing might even b a temporary problem frm d site. Just my opinion though.

In addition to this info, the 6 months training when employed will be in the North.

was it stated specifically to upload your University certificate? Perhaps you shouldn't have uploaded that. Don't upload your First School leaving certificate at your own peril
