Here in Izzi [one of the local dialect of Ebonyians], we call it "ANU -Nwobvu".. Meaning" THORNY ANIMAL " looking at it, you can tell why .

It's called LILI in Yoruba.

We always sing for it " Lili eran Abeokuta. It makes one sound like that like its singing it with us.
