On wednesday 11th of February, 2015 around 12pm, the Association of Staff Union of Polytechnics (federal) decided to embark on 3 days warning strike. The Industrial action was due to the fact dat the salary of the lecturers was slashed....something like someone receiving 10k now slashed to being paid 7k. For now, all academic activities are suspended for the next 3 days ( warning strike) after which the strike may start in full if their request meet a dead luck. Students of federal poly it's time to go on ur knee...pray to God. Why are lecturers treated this way by those they taught? |
