Why is it that whenever i plug any phone to my pc it automatically delete all the items in the phone and makes them all to be in 1kb each. |

You have a virus, your files are not deleted but they are hidden while the virus uses your files name to create those 1kb shortcuts to the virus. When you click on the 1kb shortcut, the virus keep spreading |

how can I remove those viruses cos av formatted it yet its still d same. |
