down. That's the way your lust is. God made a fireplace. It's
called marriage. God expects you to keep the fire in the
fireplace. But if you let the fire out of the fireplace, it'll burn
your life up!"

Romans 12:1 KJV

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service."


Here, Apostle Paul is beseeching (pleading with, begging) that Christians should live a sacrificial life. They should let go of the desires to satisfy the flesh. Such satisfaction should only be derived from marriage. Christian singles in relationship should not live together until the marriage vows have been said.


I Corinthians 3:16-17 NKJV

"Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, GOD WILL DESTROY HIM. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are."

Comment: God will destroy him if he does not repent of the evil ways.


I Thessalonians 4:7-8 NKJV

"For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness. Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit."

Here, Apostle Paul is saying, if you choose to live anyhow by sleeping with someone you're not married to, you have chosen to reject God. And if you reject God by your actions, He will also reject you. Remember, hell is for those who reject God. So, to be free from God's rejection, you need to repent of the sins and receive new life. Let the Spirit of the Lord guide your heart to purity.

II Timothy 2:22 NKJV

"Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart."

LUST is from the Greek word 'epithymia'. It means to have a longing or desire for what is forbidden.

A longing or desire to sin is called "lust".

When you have a desire to commit to any sexual sin, it is called Lust.

God desires that you walk towards purity.

Matthew 5:8 KJV
"Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God."

HOW DO YOU PURIFY YOUR HEART?

Answer: You use spiritual water?

WHAT IS SPIRITUAL WATER?

Answer: The Word of God is Spiritual Water.


Ephesians 5:26 NKJV

"that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of WATER BY THE WORD,"


Joshua 1:8 NKJV

"THIS BOOK OF THE LAW (the Word of God) shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall MEDITATE IN IT DAY AND NIGHT, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success."

Psalms 1:1-2 NKJV

"Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; BUT HIS DELIGHT IS IN THE LAW OF THE LORD , AND IN HIS LAW HE MEDITATES DAY AND NIGHT."

Hebrews 10:22 NKJV

"let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our BODIES WASHED WITH PURE WATER."

The pure water is the living word of God. As a believer, the more you study it and know the ways of God, the more you would be drawn to a life of purity.

Jesus Christ is the Word of God (The Living Water)

John 3:5 NKJV
"Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of WATER and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God."

John 1:1 NKJV

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD.

The more you study Jesus through the Word, the more He becomes a part of you.

Another representation of water is THE ANOINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Jesus Christ said "out of your belly shall flow rivers of living waters. This water flowing out is called the anointing.
