Please a friend of mine (based abroad) needs a small factory to rent in Port Harcourt Nigeria.

> Factory will be used for food processing.
> Factory should have an office space.
> Factory should be located in a motorable area.

i know of many factories in ph for lease/let esp in trans amadi. what is the estimated area and how long do you intend using it.
