1. STRATEGY CONSULTANTS
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of top strategy consulting experience
• Banking experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong management capability-proven project management
• Must have managed teams(both virtual and real)
• Team player, flexibility, strong analytical and problems solving skills
• Must be prepared to develop and mentor younger staff
• Willing to travel(local and International)
• Available to start as soon as possible
Qualifications
• MBA (preferably from as top business School)
• ACA, CPA a plus

2. INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following experience skills and qualifications:
Qualifications
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree with preferably a post graduate qualification such as MBA
Skills and Experience
• 4-6 years relevant experience in either investor relations or analyst role in a publicly listed financial services organization
• Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and articulate financial data.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks of listed companies, preferably internationally and in Africa.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer Service Orientation and Interpersonal skills
