This photo just left a sour taste in mouth. I mean, how can anyone even consider doing this to a child not to talk of actually carrying out such wicked act? The child in the photo is only 24-month-old.

She was tied up, hands and legs with her mouth gagged with a tape by her step mother because she poo'ed on herself.

A child barely 2? And to think the perpetrator is a mother herself. Some women are just evil. That child doesant know her left from her right yet and the fact that she soiled herself is not such a crime. A real mother would have proceeded to potty-train her the right way.
