First the authority do not recognize magic and so it is not admissible. But then again magic was never involved, how so?

1) This girl has known the guy for a very long time, as she admitted that he has been asking her out, she also knows his family which is the only explanation as to why she said the boy said his mom had requested to see her. They were probably next door neighbors, if that was the case, then the boy doesn't need magic to convince her to follow him to his place.

2) Or did he also used magic to convince her to concume the alcohol, which she admittedly consumed?

What prove is there that she was gang raped? Except the police can provide a video evidence or semen to prove that all three (3) boys had sex with her.

3) We could easily elimate the other 2 guys from the suspect list and pin the case on the mastermind. But then what prove is there that the sex wasn't consensual?

4) Like I said before? It's like as it happens in everyday life. A guy invites a girl to his place for a gig, girl gets drunk, guy took advantage. The girl didn't take it well, so she reported the case. Fabricated a story to cover her end and ignorance.

Most your arguments are based on self-defeating conjectures.

Even if the girl has been to the boys house before , do you know for what purpose she went there.
Assuming she went to the boys house for sex related reasons, do you think she just want to punish the guy for no reason.
A safe guess based on your points here will be that the guy invited his friends and when the girl refused they forced themself on her which still constitutes a rape.
