Nigerian chefs/cooks are trying to break boundaries and create local dishes in spectacular ways. This time, its hibiscus inspired Eba paired with Edikaikong. Question is; if this is placed in front of you, would you eat it?

Yes of course...The eba might look scary at first, but due to the fact that it is just Hibiscus leave(Zobo) that was used to flavour it...no prob. I will even collect more. |
