Your phone might brick if you update through recovery without due process. Flashing with laptop is the best and safest.

Try touch the screen for like 5seconds make e focus on the thing wey you won snap. One green box supposed show.

Take it to Carl care, they have the best XUI and safest process. Maximum of 2 days and you're on point, that's what I did.

my x551 takes long too charge

like every 5min +2%
and it got mouth piece issue my engineer told me it will cost me 2k for just mouth piece...kinda weird saying flex blah blah blah

I don't even think this werey phn has fast charging and even if it those will it indicate fash charge on my notification bar compare to note2 from 0-85% in 40min

take ikeja bus at berger and drop at Allen avenue,cross to the other side and enter keke to opebi ,when you drop at the bus stop just ask for carl care or you walk to second tall building painted with blue,not far from the bus stop..second floor.


make sure you go early,i mean very early in other to come back early

If you're on Lollipop, you will see the flash charger notification...

For Kitkat, no sign but just make sure you're using a 2.0A charger and a good cord..

Though you said ur mouth piece is bad, if you change it, you're also changing the charging port indirectly

Udemzyudex has answered u correctly. Its exactly what i was trying to explain to some other pple dat the charging port on infinix hot note has a flex and when that flex has a break in connection it charges very slow until it eventually stops charging at all.

This is what's happening to my infinix hot note as well.... it take more than 10 hours to be fully charged and I'm scared to give it an engineer in my location(Obollo A for, Enugu) so as not to damage it the more....

Try use another cord, sometimes if the cord USB cord is bad, it won't fast charge...


You should have stayed with him naa, to confirm before leaving, changing it won't take up to 15mins
