Please can anyone educate me on how i can transfer my goods in a 20ft container from Lagos Port to Onne Port in Port Harcourt?

I also want to know if the clearing will be done at Lagos Port since that is the final destination of ship carrying the goods.

It is not possible moving your goods from lagos port to onne port sofar lagos has been indicated on the bill of lading as port of discharge.

The goods have to be cleared in lagos also.
