I am not from Yoruba though, but i envy their academic prowess. from the Ops experience i guess he is from that lineage. that is why the yorubas are the most widely and highly read in Nigeria. They can go any length to get some education. In other part of Nigeria especially, the east and sought-sought, everybody wants to "form", they will not go to school except their parents settles them completely.

Its not a "really bad" invention...coal is a good source of Energy..if u follow the recent trend of events..
Even in our Country-Both PdP nd ApC have included Enugu coal Rehabilitation as apart of their agenda
I think GEJ has even approved the commencement of the Coal Project in Enugu (I am not Sure)
....To be sincere I don't really know much about coal, but I think is a good natural resource which can be properly harness for effective diversification of our Economy..
So to me..it is good invention...

It is not a good "invention".

What would be a good invention is a solar powered, affordable hot plate or stove.

Nlers need to start looking at what their mates are inventing in other climes, and stop this retrogressive mentality.

Coal rehabilitation may be necessary but marketing this type of ancient contraption in the op to lord knows who, is not how to go about that. Nigeria is not the only place with coal, how do other people do their own.

I dnt think u read wat I wrote, do u knw wat is "Economy Diversification" m nt just talking about production of coal cookers....M talking about development of "Coal based Energy/products" in a Large scale..whic will create thousands of Employment, Yes solar Energy is also welcomed..

I advise u go to google.com nd do a background check on - the latest on Coal...I hope u knw that coal can be effectively converted to Hydrocarbon Energy...

We did worse with firewood in aba Igbira[village] of d fed poly back in 2000/2001 when d price of kerosene soared hypercritically. Boys were impecunious and penurious. Thanks to God, it's now all history.
