Travel, Back To A City We Love Dearly by Nobody: 11:53pm On Mar 10, 2015
So hubby and I decided to go away for a little while and spend time together in a city that holds so much fond memories for both of us.
Boston Massachusetts
The weather is cold but not snowing at the moment
It had snowed some weeks prior and it is still melting
This is where the first step towards what we would eventually become career-wise started
We had very little money when we lived here but we had lots of love, still do .we also had some rough moments here
It feels so good to be back here after many many years
Please enjoy some of my pictures
My IPad is very old ,please manage dem pics

First night we went out to a nice burger restaurant called 5 napkins burger. My husband loves hamburgers when we travel so I went with his choice

The view outside while dinning was beautiful
Total cost of the food $32 and he tipped the young man who waited on us $5 for a grand total of $37.
It was a beautiful place, nice decor

Next evening we decided to dine at cheese cake factory but the line was long and after we were seated,we waited another 15 minutes and no waiter came around .oga became impatient so we ordered our food to go and took it to the hotel
Again he had burgers lol
I had burrito grande and the velvet cheese cake cheesy
It had rice,beans,grilled chicken etc
It was very good
When In The USA visit cheese cake factory, you won't be disappointed
it is our favorite outing spot
The decor is beautiful just like the one at our city( the pic included ) and so is their food

His hamburger.
I believe the total tab was about $40 with the other food above and he was glad he didn't have to tip anyone since we had it to go
Miserly Igbo man grin

Hadn't been on the train in ages so it was great to hop on the T ,green line E to north Eastern university stop and then walk passed our first apartment here, where I took some pics and down to D line train at Fenway park.the crowd in the train, the memories
Feels good to have some time on your hands away from the hustle and bustle of work to just unwind and recapture memories from years before.
From there we headed to harvard square

On the train back from harvard square a young man stood up and preached against eating meat and eggs and drinking milk
He is a vegan and was looking for converts
Brings back memories of street musicians and vendors etc

Yeah. There is this Cali chain known as In-and-out. Their drive-thru is always packed with a long line of cars because their sandwiches are off the chain
It can even make one commit adultery

Left the park street station to Boston It is common.covered with snow.i remember watching parades here with the kids
Boston common is an open area at the intersection of tremont and boylston streets
This is not to far from the scene of the Boston marathon bombing cry
The area hosts many activities and fairs and parades during the good weather
I saw some cute day care kids and their teachers crossing the street on a field trip
