Must it be in the telecoms sector?

This is not a joke, Nigeria and other Africa countries are deeply into GSM, well that is good for them but you could do better.

If money is not the issue, roll out 3G networks, SIP, ADSL 24+, etc these are the latest technologies in telecom. Most of them are in beta, so don't promise your customers heaven and earth yet.

Set up small exchange servers at the most remote cities in Nigeria and approach the most powerful ISP/ Telecom that you can help them to reach customers at these location for just a small fee, that they shouldn't worry about infrastructure.
