somebody please help with a remedy for tooth ache that is not me pulling it out. my tooth aches so badly.i have already pulled out 3,i dnt want 2 pull out another. I recently started feelin dat terrible pain again. I think I have a hole in one of them

been having this pain since childhood bro.....I'm in my mid 20s.....dont know wat else to do to help me stop the pain, though i haven't pulled out or remove any...i just hope someone will come up wit a good solution.
