We are recruiting to fill the position of: Job Title: Principal Investments Associate – Real Estate Location: Nigeria Job Specification Work with company management to define an appropriate real estate strategy in line with prevailing trends in the sector towards achieving desired corporate objectives Actively seek real estate investment targets, and other potential opportunities in the sector towards executing agreed upon strategy Drive the end-to-end appraisal of all potential real estate transactions, working with all parties as required (internal and external), to ensure alignment with investment objectives and to secure management and Board buy-in and approval as needed Serve as primary custodian, working with all necessary parties (internal and external) to lead the end-to-end implementation of all real estate projects & initiatives under his/her control (asset appraisal, due diligence, legal close, team evaluation & selection, financial structuring, capital raising, construction oversight, marketing and sales, property management) in line with agreed upon investment objectives Work closely with and report directly to the divisional head/hierarchy and the executive management team of CardinalStone on assigned projects and other strategic initiatives as assigned Directly oversee the performance and development of analysts, interns and fellows working on divisional projects as required Support other activities across the firm as required Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelors degree from a top tier university.
