This is how you bake cake without those confusing measures; Let the important ingredients like eggs control the rest in terms of quantity.

Ingredients:
Eggs,
Milk, preferably sour milk
Butter,
Sugar,
Lemon zest (grate your lemon skin and use a bit to add that Lemony taste)
Baking powder, tablespoon.
Home Baking Floor.
Lots of Sugar (A cup or more depending on how big the cake)

Method,
1.Mix the sugar and zest with the butter to a paste, you can substitute butter with oil.
2. Add 3-4 Eggs to the mixture. The more the better. Mine is just enough for a small family.
3. Add the milk, stir it in. It should be a little more but not too much compared with what you have already mixed.
4. Separately, mix a cup of baking flour with the baking powder, and add slowly to the mix as you stir. You can add the rest of the floor in small portions to attain the desired consistency. It should be a paste that offers a little resistance to your stiring.
5. Thats done. Now oil your cooking pot with margarine to stop it sticking. you can pass bit of flour over the smeared pot for maximum effect.
6.Pour in our mixture, ensure its well spread and stick it in your oven of choice. 50 minutes, depending on its thickness. The heat should be hot, enough not to burn it. It should not be too low. You can adjust as you go on.
