2 cups flour
2 eggs
baking powder a teaspoon
bicarbonate of soda 1/2 teaspoon - add when using normal wheat flour
teaspoon, dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
dessicated coconut 1/2 cup (optional)
Salt 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Mix all dry ingredients.
add eggs, and milk gradually for a firm but soft dough.
