A name is a noun. A noun is a name of a person, animal, place or thing. So let them name what they feel they should name their kids. This is common among the Yorubas. Kudos to parents on whichever way they choose...local or foreign.

How exactly are foreign names killing our culture

Does having a foreign name preclude one from speaking his/her native language?
